There is no commission split. We only charge $45 or $345/transaction, no matter the value of that transaction. For example, let’s say that your latest closing commission would be $10,000. We’d write you a check for $9,955, and we’d keep $45.

No. Risk management costs, including E&O insurance, settlements, litigation and claims, are covered by Realty45 Inc.

Yes, once you apply online, it usually takes minutes for your license to become active with Realty45. We’ll be notifying you by email once the change of employment went through with your local licensing authority.

Yes, the only requirement is that your marketing materials show your name, and the name and address of Realty45 Inc, and our trademark logo. We recommend, however, that you consider using the marketing solutions and lead generation services provided by our partners at REVA HQ, top provider of real estate virtual assistant services.

Realty45 Inc receives buyer and seller leads each day, however, research shows that non-referral leads only close at a rate of less than 5%. We will never be able to generate enough leads to effectively grow your business. Yes, you have full freedom to negotiate with your clients and set your own commission values as high or as low as you want.

Yes, you are free to recommend any title company, lender or escrow service that you or your clients may prefer.

Yes, as long as you have an accepted closing file and the broker’s permission, you will be paid with no delays right at the closing table.Gone are the days of dropping off a closing check at the office. Most Realty45 Inc agents go to any Wells Fargo branch and hand the commission to their tellers. This immediately deposits in our account. We then transfer the commission to the bank of your choice through direct deposit when the check clears, usually by next business day.

Yes, Realty45 is member of a number of regional REALTOR® Boards, and you, as an agent of Realty45, would be required to join a board to obtain MLS access. If you’re interested in joining Realty45 in an area where Realty45 is not yet member of a board, please get in touch with us to evaluate your situation. More often than not, Realty45 will join your local Board of Realtors in order to give you the chance to enjoy all the benefits we have to offer.

No. As a Realty45 affiliate, you will be operating from your own home or personal office. Spending money on large offices or conference rooms is not necessarily profitable and does not guarantee your success in this business. We do, however, offer a virtual office environment, where all of your questions and needs would be answered promptly 24/7 by our staff of professional real estate virtual assistants and non-competing broker.

Since we pay pretty much 100% on sales, there are a few items we simply can’t provide. Business cards (you can purchase for $15 or make your own with our logos). For Sale Signs (we recommend Oakley who charges less than $35 per sign and they install it for you and also remove when the home sells). Color brochures and mailers (we have printing providers that can do this for you at a very good price, should you request it.) An office space, as in today’s interconnected environment it would be a waste of time and money for you to be needing to drive to an office in order to be able to get in touch with us and conduct real estate business. We are available for you online 24/7/365.

Dan Donahue is our managing broker of record for all locations. There isn’t much Dan hasn’t seen. He specializes in new home development, but has done condo conversions, remodels, new home builds, & distressed sales. Dan is not an easy guy to stump when it comes to a question regarding real estate practices.

No! Unlike many other 100% commission real estate brokerages, we do not require any caps before you are able to get your 100%. At Realty45 Inc we’re honored that agents choose to join our family. As such, we would never institute production requirements. Each agent has their own unique goals and we support you no matter whether you’re a top producer, a new agent or a part-time broker.

If you choose the $45 month / $45 transaction career path, then there is no minimum transaction count required. If you choose the $0/month – $345/transaction career path, then there is a minimum of 1 (one) sales transaction per calendar year required in order for your license to stay active with Realty45 Inc the following year.

Fairly simply actually –efficiency. We work very hard to keep the overhead very low, without compromising service to our agents. All workflows are pretty much automatic and do not require any intensive manual labor. We are thrilled when a new or existing real estate agent chooses Realty45 Inc! We welcome part-time and full-time sales associates and brokers as well.

If you’re currently looking at various firms to see which would be the best fit for you, we have a few suggestions. Ask how long the office has been in business. Talk to some of their agents to make sure commissions are paid on time. Find out what training and support options are available. Lastly, make sure you know ALL the (hidden) fees and what the commission split is!
