- You will have direct access to the individual handling your transaction via phone and email.
- Seamless interaction with Realty45 Inc’s transaction coordinator means no extra effort is needed to fax or deliver any of the documents related to your transaction. We have access to your documents through the Realty45 Inc virtual office environment, and we can retrieve them for you.
Open a New Transaction
We offer a straightforward process for opening a new transaction whenever you need it. Simply email our office a copy of your Good Faith Estimate (GFE) or pre-qualification letter and we can open the transaction.
To save even more time, you can upload the GFE or pre-qualification letter into your transaction file in your Realty45 Inc account and notify us via email providing the name of the buyer(s) and asking us to open the transaction.
